What is your digital product design process?

Our design process is research-led and iterative. We begin with user research and competitive analysis, move through wireframing and information architecture, develop high-fidelity UI designs, build interactive prototypes, and validate everything with usability testing before final handoff.

What design tools do you use?

We primarily use Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and design system management. For motion design and micro-interactions, we use After Effects and Lottie. All deliverables are organized, well-documented, and developer-ready.

Do you conduct user testing as part of the design process?

Yes — usability testing is a core part of how we validate design decisions. We conduct moderated and unmoderated tests, analyze results, and iterate on designs to ensure the final product truly meets user needs rather than just looking good.
